Good question. CrackerjackPA was founded by Carla Morana in 2014, and will never be a 'rack 'em and stack 'em' service. We take only a select number of clients so we may give the very best service without any compromise. From ad-hoc to ongoing support we want to offer you the type of support that you'll wonder how you ever managed without.

Carla is a bundle of positive energy wrapped in a problem-solving blanket. She's an experienced and first class personal assistant who forged her career working at senior board level within the financial industry in the City of London. She was her bosses' right-hand woman, and often their principal decision maker in their absence. Frequently privy to extremely sensitive business and personal information, she holds discretion and confidentiality in high regard, expecting the highest of standards from herself and her team.
She's used to working long hours in a high-pressured environment; not only that, there's a whisper that she actually thrives on it. She's organised everything from a 250-attendee Great Gatsby Ball to an elegant birthday soirée sailing the Thames, for which she even arranged the lifting of London Bridge. Carla has taken years to fine-tune an extensive office skill set, and has the very highest of standards and commitment.
She's a mean baker, a serial organiser, a keen singer, a chicken owner and always looks for the adventure in life, recently completing The Three Peaks Challenge. She has a warm, friendly, humorous and relaxed manner. Carla loves building her business and working with her clients.
