May I just ask...

Lets try and keep things simple; here's a few easy-to-read questions to which you may like to know the answers.  If you don't see what you're looking for chances are you'll probably find the answers on our 'Info' page.  Alternatively, please drop up an email or give us a call, we'd be delighted to answer any queries you may have.  But be warned, we're a little rusty on quantum physics...

What is your confidentiality policy?

We abide by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018,  and are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO)

Do you have insurance?
Absolutely.  We offer our clients peace of mind that we are fully insured with Professional Indemnity and Public Liability insurances.

How do you back up your work?
We back all our work up several times a day using a Cloud service and also separately on a local hard rive. Therefore, should an eagle fly through the window and knock over a pot of coffee onto our computer equipment your work should still be safe.

How do you record the time spent on each project?
All time spent on each project is logged onto a timesheet.  A breakdown of time spent on your project will be sent with your invoice.

Do you have a 'Code of Conduct'?
We do, yes.  We believe that too many companies fail to deliver excellent customer service, and there is simply no excuse.  It's not rocket science.  Here at CrackerjackPA we treat our clients how we would wish to be treated ourselves, and conduct our business to a standard we are proud of. Our simple company code reflects this;

  • Communicate with clarity, professionalism, transparency and honesty at all times.
