We want to keep our pricing structure as simple, fair and transparent as possible.  We therefore offer two primary options;

 

• Option 1 - Pay As You Go Support

A great option to start with.  For clients that are new to virtual assistance, would like to trial our services, require support for just a few hours per month or simply need help on an ad-hoc basis.

 

Ad-hoc hours: £30.00 per hour

Minimum charge is 1 hour, thereafter charges are made in 15-minute increments.

 

 

• Option 2 - Advanced Block Booking​

Ideal for clients that require a more consistent or regular level of support.  Also perfect if you need help with a specific upcoming project.

 

10 hours minimum booking: £POA

We are pleased to offer this option at a discounted rate, which will be discussed with the client at the time of enquiry.  Charges are made in 15-minute increments.  Up to two hours per month may be rolled over to the next month.

• Emergency Assistance

Should the unexpected happen outside normal working hours of Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm we're still only a phone call away and happy to help.  Think of us as your fairy godmother...only marginally less sparkly.

 

£45.00 per hour

Minimum charge is 1 hour, thereafter charges are made in 15-minute increments.

 

 

• Retainer Packages

Should you require ongoing, regular support together with the added security that you have our undivided assistance and can call upon us at any moment, we give you the option to make exclusive half or full day bookings.  This means that, for that half day/full day, we work solely for you, just like if we were in your office but without the associated overheads.

All our pricing options are exclusive of project related expenses such as travel, telephone charges and postage/courier costs.

Any further miscellaneous costs will be discussed with the client.
